Cette entreprise spécialisée en e-learning, propose une plateforme de contenu interactive couvrant une vaste gamme de sujets allant du développement personnel à l’expertise professionnelle. En constante évolution depuis une dizaine d’années, cette équipe d’expert cherche à recruter leur futur Chief Revenue Officer afin de franchir un cap supplémentaire et atteindre une croissance significative !
Les missions:

  • Effectuer des audits d’améliorations continues des processus existants.
  • Apporter une vision stratégique pour transformer les habitudes et méthodes actuelles, afin de franchir un cap supplémentaire et atteindre une croissance significative.
  • Superviser, structurer et diriger l’équipe commerciale existante.
  • Apporter une vision stratégique pour transformer les habitudes et méthodes actuelles
  • Gérer l’acquisition de clients inbound et outbound

Profil recherché:
  • Compétences en audit et en amélioration continue des processus commerciaux.
  • Expérience solide et réussie dans le SaaS, idéalement dans la structuration et la mise en place de processus dans des startups B2B en forte croissance.
  • Connaissance approfondie d’un produit TECH et des stratégies de marketing.
  • Capacité à piloter l’activité commerciale, gérer les KPI’s et structurer l’activité.
