Join Inter as a Financial Planning Specialist II and be part of the Global Business team. Analyze results and support decision-making for global products, applying financial theory in practice. The role involves advanced financial modeling, building and maintaining managerial P&L, and executive communication.

Requirements

  • Graduation in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, or related areas
  • Advanced knowledge in FP&A, Accounting, Financial Consulting, or Investment Banking
  • Python for data pipeline automation, reconciliation, and ETL
  • Power BI or Tableau with executive dashboard construction
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
  • Applied use of AI in FP&A workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
  • Previous experience in cross-border products
  • Knowledge of IFRS applied to financial institutions (IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16) and differences vs. BR GAAP
  • Familiarity with BACEN regulation for international operations
  • Understanding of regulatory capital structure
  • Experience with management accounting and transfer pricing between P&Ls
  • Experience in Nasdaq-listed companies or exposure to SEC reporting / SOX
