Requirements
- Drive business volumes to ensure the Region achieves business volumes.
- Responsible for implementing sales management processes in letter & spirit.
- Be an owner of P&L by taking steps to increase return and cost control.
- Analyze and identify new market opportunities for business acquisition and augment the channel with segments and products including SME, Acquiring, Assets etc.
- Drive data driven sales opportunities and ensure adaptation of digital tools.
- Lead and motivate a team of BEs and their team leaders, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer centricity.
- Build strong relationships with BEs and team leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic goals.
- Implementation of robust Risk Management to ensure no control and governance lapses.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of team leaders, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Ensure digital adoption down the line and drive digital agenda within coverage area.
- Support Regional leadership in achieving business goals.
