Role Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership, driving enterprise-wide performance visibility, operational improvement, and strategic decision support.
What You Will Do
Partner with senior leadership on financial analysis and strategic initiatives, lead enterprise performance tracking and company-wide initiative reporting, generate and distribute daily financial pulse reports, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial, business, or data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (complex modeling, advanced analysis techniques, pivot tables, lookups)
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills
- Strong understanding of the three financial statements, with deep expertise in P&L analysis
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
