We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who owns outcomes, not activities. This is a hands-on execution role where you will directly work on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads while owning end-to-end client performance.
Requirements
- 6 to 7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (advanced implementation)
- Proven ability to improve CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Experience working with US-based clients or markets is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with US time zone overlap when required
- Strong understanding of funnel thinking, CRO, and signal-based optimization
- Ability to connect creative, media, and data to business outcomes
