Head of Financial Planning & Analysis 14-month Fixed-Term Contract at ARN, a leading entertainment company, to cover a parental leave. Lead group-wide financial planning, forecasting and performance insight capabilities. Reporting to the CFO, shape decisions that drive performance, productivity and sustainable growth.
Requirements
- CA / CPA qualification and tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Extensive experience in FP&A in a complex organisation (ASX experience strongly regarded)
- Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel expertise
- Proven experience leading forecasting, planning and performance management at scale
- Deep comfort working with data, dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- The ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams
- A structured, pragmatic approach combined with commercial judgment
