The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role includes managing and developing the Corporate Services SG&A budget, analyzing actual results compared to the budget, assisting with the monthly financial close, reviewing monthly results to identify and investigate variances, and preparing reports and presentations to explain month-end outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least four years of direct, proven experience in a similar finance position
- Background working with accounting teams, department heads, and company leadership in a mid-size or large organization
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with financial planning tools
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet hard deadlines
