Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience in website management and working with digital agencies is an advantage.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
