The O&T Sales Lead OA plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Operating Unit’s strategy for the maintenance and repair business in Switzerland.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in service and repair business
  • Strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and sales processes
  • Fluent in German, French and English
  • Ability to lead cross‐functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‐solving capabilities
  • High customer focus and value‐driven mindset
  • Results‐oriented with strong delivery record
  • Collaborative team player in matrix environments
  • Solid commercial acumen; skilled in sales process optimization
  • Proficient with CRM and digital sales tools
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Competent in pipeline management, forecasting, and data‐driven decisions
