We are looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join our marketing team in Sydney. The role involves driving subscription growth and retention, managing budgets, and leading a team of two Marketing Coordinators. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in customer marketing and budget management, and is comfortable owning budgets and managing junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years in customer marketing, retention, or subscription-based roles
- Solid budget management experience across multiple cost centres, including forecasting
- A working understanding of customer segmentation and the core KPIs of subscription and loyalty programmes
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations
