We are a nearly two-year-old IT agency and venture studio looking for a Founding Marketing Manager / GTM I to help with the product’s GTM strategy, market analysis, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, strong German and English skills, and experience with CMS, CRM/Automation, Analytics, and AI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong sense of storytelling, structure and clear, technical communication
- Experience with CMS, CRM/Automation (e.g. HubSpot), Analytics (e.g. GA4)
Benefits
- Performance-oriented target salary: €60,000 – €80,000
