Bakelite is seeking an Operations Senior Financial Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and established financial analysis skills and problem-solving ability. The role will involve timely and accurate month-end closing activities, interpretation of financial results, contribution to develop actions plans and strategic decisions, and creation and achievement of annual budget and monthly forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 5+ years experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and/or external financial reporting
- Established financial analysis skills and problem-solving ability
- Advance Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information
- Strong communication skills; must be able to work effectively with peers and higher levels of Company management
- Team player, interact effectively with cross functional teams
- Proactive and well organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (Filters, Pivots, Formulas, Graphs, Calculated Fields)
- Experience with SAP R/3 and / or Consolidation System (BFC/Cartesis/Other)
