The Senior Sales Engineer-Stud Welding Systems is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering profitable sales of stud welding systems, studs, and industrial fastening solutions across the West Region.

Requirements

  • Achieve assigned annual revenue and SGM targets
  • Promote stud welding equipment, consumables, and fastening solutions
  • Manage and grow OEM, EPC, Automotive, and Industrial customer accounts
  • Identify, develop, and convert new application opportunities
  • Conduct weld trials, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Lead techno-commercial negotiations and successfully close orders
  • Maintain an active CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Ensure timely collections and effective credit control
  • Coordinate with service, inside sales, and operations teams for seamless execution
