Head of Sales – Europe

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and grow our European biosafety sales region. This senior role is accountable for regional commercial performance through inspirational sales leadership, robust forecasting and pipeline management, and the growth of strategic and new accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading and managing a regional sales team with multiple direct reports of varying experience
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on biopharm/biosafety business development opportunities
  • Strong understanding of customer base, commercial pipeline management, and regional market dynamics
  • BSc or MSc in Bioscience or Business Discipline
