Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance. We are seeking a People Operations Associate to support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, payroll administration
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information with strict discretion and integrity
- Experience working on HR topics for US-based employees
