People Operations & Admin Associate

The People Operations & Admin Associate will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources and Administration functions, including coordinating HR processes, maintaining employee records, and facilitating administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or a related support role
  • Experience working with HRIS or HR administrative systems
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of basic HR processes and employment documentation
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
