This role is a field-based position leading a regional team of Gastroenterology Account Managers to assess business opportunities, prioritize accounts, and deliver on access goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on compliantly delivering objectives consistent with AbbVie policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or other aspects of the health care system
- Previous people leadership experience
- Gastroenterology or immunology experience preferred
- Advanced understanding of the laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmaceutical contracting and marketing
