GTM Engineer position at a high-growth startup building a reinforcement learning (RL) platform. Responsibilities include designing and operating an end-to-end outbound engine, owning CRM hygiene and workflow design, implementing automation systems, and running structured experimentation.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and operational skills with a demonstrated ability to build systems
- High ownership mindset: comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting your own plan/metrics
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Strong written communication for outbound messaging and clear internal documentation
- Comfort learning new tools quickly; experience with CRMs and automation tooling is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with high standards and rapid iteration
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or open to visa sponsorship
