Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – TFE to lead retail sales initiatives in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment, enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch administration.

Requirements

  • Enhance the deposit pool from customers through targeted acquisition and retention strategies
  • Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings
  • Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service and establish service standards
  • Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage productivity and morale of branch team members
  • Take ownership of branch break-even and P&L performance
  • Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for service enhancements and sales initiatives
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all units involved in the customer service cycle to deliver customer delight
