We are looking for a CRO Manager to help build and optimize web funnels that attract users and boost activation rates. In this role, you will collaborate with analytics, development, and product teams to make a real impact on key user journeys.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in CRO, product, digital marketing, design or a related field
- Basic understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI fundamentals
- Comfortable working with data and are motivated to grow your analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
- Interested in A/B testing and experimentation, and eager to deepen your expertise in this area
