We are looking for a Sales Operations Automation Specialist to improve how Sales Operations works through automation and applied AI, building, testing, and maintaining AI-enabled solutions that support reporting, data processing, sales support, and content generation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing process automation solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Sales Operations and commercial workflows, including the end-to-end lead-to-cash life cycle.
  • Practical experience with automation, analytics, and productivity tools such as: Tableau CRM, Looker, QlikView/QlikSense, Salesforce, DocuSign, Alteryx, Gemini, Copilot, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
