- Lead and manage the Go-to-Market Team
- Develop and document current products and service offerings
- Conduct comprehensive capabilities assessments
- Implement robust financial analysis
- Prioritize continued growth for existing products and services
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products and services
- Oversee product launches
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
- Define target customer segments
- Develop tailored value propositions and messaging
- Collaborate with sales on sales motion and resources
- Provide sales team with tools, training, and collateral
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
