The Director of Go-to-Market is a strategic leader responsible for product ownership of all Environmental Solutions products and services. They will develop and execute comprehensive plans to bring product/services to market effectively.

Requirements

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for all ES products and services
  • Guide and direct market research and analysis
  • Lead and manage the Go-to-Market Team
  • Develop and document current products and service offerings
  • Conduct comprehensive capabilities assessments
  • Implement robust financial analysis
  • Prioritize continued growth for existing products and services
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products and services
  • Oversee product launches
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
  • Define target customer segments
  • Develop tailored value propositions and messaging
  • Collaborate with sales on sales motion and resources
  • Provide sales team with tools, training, and collateral
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
