Director of Sales Operations, Americas

Key Objective

  • Enable predictable orders and revenue growth through best-in-class sales operations practices, territory insights and performance analytics
  • Improve sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and process efficiency through adoption and utilization of our business systems
  • Ensure disciplined execution of sales strategies through data, systems, and insights
  • Develop incentive plans to drive sales behaviors aligned to company goals

Core Responsibilities

  • Own sales operational workflows including quoting, pricing approvals, contracting, forecasting, opportunity management and associated reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting for sales performance and pipeline health and performance KPI’s
  • Support CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and system optimization
  • Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • Provide analytical support for territory planning and incentive compensation
  • Develop training materials and documentation for sales tools and process
  • Own Americas order processing workflows and data accuracy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
  • Startup and medical device industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Guided selling tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
