Mercor is looking for a Sr Product Ops Manager to support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms, and leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management
- Proficient in SQL, including advanced queries
- Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with experience managing multiple workstreams
- Self-starter mentality, able to work independently and drive projects forward
- Effective critical thinking, with experience leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems
