The Sr. Marketing Manager, EM – CHC will lead the end-to-end operations, brand management, and commercial performance of the Over-the-Counter (OTC/X) business across defined emerging markets. This role is responsible for P&L ownership, strategic brand planning, cross-functional execution, and market-specific initiatives in alignment with the global OTC strategy.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product & trade marketing experience
- MBA in Marketing
- Demonstrated success in brand building, market expansion, new product development and P&L management
- Strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, data interpretation, and stakeholder influence
