As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, qualifying and generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency using a customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
