Old Mutual is seeking a National Sales Manager to build and manage sales pipelines, identify new market opportunities, and lead a team of sales consultants to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Namibian citizenship
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ sales experience within the Asset Management and/or Life Insurance industry
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Financial Planning, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or an equivalent discipline
- Strong product and technical knowledge of the retirement fund, investment, and insurance environment
- High level of computer literacy
- Proven ability to apply structured sales methodologies successfully
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‐building skills
