The Customer Success Operations Specialist will partner with sales teams to streamline processes, resolve policy issues, and create tools that boost efficiency. The role will deliver timely, accurate operational reporting and actionable insights to drive effectiveness across renewals and customer success.
Requirements
- 4 years’ experience in business or financial, data analyst, data scientist roles with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of TR product and customer landscape to enable balanced tradeoffs between standardization and customization across segments.
- Advanced level skills in the following systems: Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI.
- Knowledge of Gainsight application and Oracle.
- Proven ability to take complex and disparate data sets and create streamlined and efficient data lakes with connected and routinized cadence.
- Technical aptitude including knowledge of salesforce.com
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with partners from various business units.
- Superior diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Past experience with problem solving and communicating with sales channels, customers, and internal management.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours to support ever changing demands of the business.
