The Business Development Manager – Microsoft is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and scaling channel partners aligned to Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security priorities. This partner-led role focuses on building repeatable go-to-market motions, driving pipeline growth, and delivering measurable customer and partner outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ B2B or channel sales experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Proven experience driving partner-led pipeline and indirect sales motions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Security solution areas
  • Experience with CSP, marketplace, and Microsoft co-sell engagement models
  • Strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Confident executive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple solution portfolios
