Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with partial autonomy
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Lead ongoing account performance management
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer performance data
  • Provide structured reporting and insights into account performance
  • Coordinate contractual and operational delivery
  • Contribute to achieving service performance and financial targets
