At Division50, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, driving new business opportunities and setting the stage for successful client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appointment setting, specifically within the GCC market, and demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

  • Experience in ERP and IoT selling
  • Familiarity with GCC business culture and sales cycles
  • Previous experience working remotely with international teams
  • Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools
