Insightful is a workforce analytics and productivity platform seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing sales team in LATAM.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset
  • Strong qualification and discovery skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a must
  • Familiarity with Nooks, Aircall, and Fathom is a plus
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
