BDR Manager

Our partner is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and scale their outbound sales development function, coaching and developing early-career sales talent and refining outbound strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing or coaching Business Development Representatives or Sales Development Representatives within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, and personalization
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline generation and meet or exceed performance targets
  • Experience working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems)
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week
