Clipboard is transforming the way that schools deliver extracurricular programs. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sydney team and drive our next phase of growth.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, prospecting outbound or similar customer-facing roles
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email
- Confidence and resilience in handling rejection and maintaining momentum
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM or sales tools (HubSpot preferred but not essential)
- A coachable mindset, with a strong desire to learn and improve
- A genuine interest in technology, SaaS and the education sector
