What Youll Do
- Create a welcoming, professional customer experience
- Check in devices; explain repair options, pricing & timelines
- Promote protection plans, accessories & additional services
- Meet and exceed store sales goals
- Provide updates and build customer trust through pickup
- Manage POS transactions and organized front-of-house operations
- Support overall store and team performance
What You Bring
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Confidence in connecting with customers and closing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and incentive-driven
- Basic smartphone/consumer tech knowledge (preferred)
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail
- Flexible availability (evenings & weekends)
