Business Development Manager (Milan, Italy)

UMAI provides software to restaurants helping them save time and increase revenues by automating manual tasks. We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Porto, Portugal office.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of sales experience
  • Deep passion for sales & human interaction
  • Ability to develop new business, approaching new prospective clients quickly and successfully
  • Goal-oriented and superb organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and interest or experience in project management or entrepreneurship
  • Keen interest in the F&B and/or startup world
  • Experience with consultative selling, with a short sales cycle (ex. <1 month)
  • Experience with cold-calling
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
  • Native Italian speaker
  • Good level of English (both written and spoken)
