Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm looking for a Business Development Representative to work remotely from within 50 miles of Louisville or Lexington, KY. The successful candidate will have prior sales experience and excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to close sales in one or two meetings. The role offers a base salary of $55,000 – $60,000 per year, commission plan, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a large pipeline
  • Willingness to adapt and adjust processes and materials to be efficient and effective
  • Sales skills with potential to further develop
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • College degree is preferred
  • Dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and background noise
  • Residential grade landline phone for work calls, if needed
  • High Speed Internet Connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
