The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals with global organisations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals, ideally with global organisations
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and senior decision-makers
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C1+)
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Highly self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Hunter mindset with a strong focus on new business acquisition
