The People & Culture Intern will join our rapidly growing team for the Summer of 2025 (June – August) and be responsible for overseeing project management of our teams’ key initiatives and supporting the People & Culture team with a range of tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field
- Currently enrolled in an undergrad/graduate degree program
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week
- Able to work onsite 2 days in our NYC office
- Self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
- Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
- Previous data management experience
- Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
- Identifies and analyzes problems, develops solutions and shows good judgment about which solutions will work
