As the People Operations Coordinator – Croatia, you will deliver efficient, accurate and employee-centric support across the full employee lifecycle for our Croatia-based population. You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding for Croatia-based employees, provide first-line People support, support monthly payroll processes, maintain accurate employee records, and collaborate with global People teams.
