Business Development Representative

We are the nation’s fastest-growing provider of autism care, delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across a rapidly expanding footprint. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development—preferably healthcare-related.
  • High School diploma, bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
