We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our HR consulting services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably within HR consulting, recruitment, or professional services)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of HR services such as recruitment, outsourcing, and training
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Result-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the Nigerian business environment and labour market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
